Dr. Neil Clerk

Director

Neil is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with Core Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at Exeter Hospital. He has subspecialty training in Sports Medicine with a focus on Shoulder and Knee reconstructive surgery. He has been serving the Seacoast community with his medical expertise since 2008. Originally from Toronto, Ontario he graduated from Harvard College and worked as a management consultant for two years in Cambridge, MA. He then attended The University of Chicago for medical school and residency where he had the opportunity to work with the Chicago Blackhawks. An interest in sports medicine then took him to the Fowler-Kennedy Sport Medicine clinic in London, Ontario where he worked with the Canadian Ski team.  He has travelled the world with the US ski team covering world cup races for both the men and women's alpine speed and technical teams. Neil and his wife Sherri have four children who have been regulars at Seacoast United in Soccer and Lacrosse.
